Case study.

The requirement was for a system that would allow the administration team to input job details on a web application, the job could then be assigned to an engineer. The engineer would then log onto his PDA to view his jobs. Once the job is complete the engineer would sign the PDA using a .Net application and would also get the customer or on site manager to sign the PDA. The PDA would then syncronise with the SQL database via GPRS and then web application woul then enable detailed views of the specific job and a printable customer signature against the job details.
